4. The Special Adviser to the Governor on media and publicity, Mr. Ferdinand Ekeoma just made a post revealing serious acts of sabotage against the government in about 6 LGAs where persons responsible for the submission of staff payrolls for payment were duplicitous in their job...
5. They either added hundreds of non existent names and were told to go home and do the right things or simply ignored the directives of the government.
6. How can anyone add 300 strange names to the payroll of LGA staff? Well, this shows you what has been going on for years.
7. The individual responsible for these acts of sabotage with the intent to embarrass the government would in time hear from the government.
8. A few questions would be asked and answers would be sought. The Alex C. Otti administration is not one you would plot against and go scot-free, you have no godfather who can ask that things be put under the table.
9. Government would surely investigate further to get to the root of the matter, not just at the LGAs but across parastatals.
9b. Why did some officers refuse to comply with the directives of the accountant general's office to submit their payrolls? Were they unmindful of what their actions meant to their colleagues and their families?
10. Let me conclude by offering an unsolicited advice to those who may want to continue in the old ways of becoming illegitimate millionaires in the civil or public service at the expense of the public: please quit, leave before you are disgraced, go find something else.
11. One thing is guaranteed, there is nothing in your playbook that the government cannot deal with, you would be found out, exposed, tried, and if found guilty, jailed.
12. This is a clean government with a single commitment: to work for the people.
13. Nothing can stop the governor from accomplishing his mission of building a new state, a state where people are only rewarded for honest endeavours.
